Remote check in = BAD. Reasonable price, reasonable room. Loud, but hard to avoid in that location.

Convenient location, reasonable price, reasonable if small room.

Remote check ins are an evil concept, and seldom work. Same this time. I received check in codes 2 hrs after I checked in online, 20 mins after I was already in the room, having had to phone the number on the door. The staff who answered wanted me to check in online (had already done that) and to pay the bill (had already done that). Then she walked me through it and remotely opened the hotel door and room. There is a human reception, but only until 18:00. Really?

It was uncomfortable but not the absolute worst.

It provide the basic necessities for a hotel.

Safety was a MASSIVE issue. Anyone can enter the hotel and go right up to the rooms. My friend and I felt unsafe (two female young travellers). The reception is only open from 10-6 and they were late. The rooms had hair on the bed and all the curtains fell down.

this hotel is at a good location. the thing I found hard to put up with is there is no WiFi. I asked the receptionist

the property is at a good location. very close to the train station. it has a basic facilities and reasonably clean.

the property has no WIFI. no where to hang up my coat as all the hocks are broken. staff are not there as the receptionist works from 9-17. I hardly to see her.

Good location.

The reception closes at 18 every day. The check in online doesn't always work, ditto the check out online. We got a room card (key) which didn't work and we almost spent the night locked out of the room. There is not enough light in the room, only bedside lamps.

Very bad service by booking.com

The digital key system without organized reception is not what I expected. I regret having done this booking. It will be very difficult if an elderly person books this hotel and tries to enter the hotel with digital key without physical support from the reception.

Bookin.com allocating a property without verification and substandard service. There is no reception to provide access to enter the hotel and had to waste time and effort in calling on roaming and using data roaming to contact the staff on phone to get hotel access.

We were not offered or served breakfast or coffee

Clean the bathroom , clean the quilt inside duvet , get rid of strange art on the wall , clean your carpets , walls need fresh paint or cleaning .

The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the rooms were clean even though the carpet had stains. I felt comfortable overall and for the price it's a 10-15 minute walk to the centre . There is also a good supermarket nearby. There is a restaurant nextdoor that serves pasta and pizza too.

The corridors and lift were tatty, but it gave the place a nice budget feel.

The property is quite expensive for the quality of the room. Shower is broke. Room is dusty. Reception is not 24 hrs (which is already stated on the description, there was a man who went inside after we got out of the building in an early hour of the morning. We were not even sure if he is checked in the hotel.

The location is ok, cant complain. walking distance from the train station and close to the attractions. What I dint like is the absence of anyone at the reception desk past 4. Although they say someone will be there between 10 and 4, many a time, no one was there and I found people waiting outside the main door to be let in! The manager gave my room key to some new guest and I found a stranger walk in to my room while I was there! The restaurant next door is a good one and convenient.

The noise. The room on the street side is very noisy.

It is not that far from the train station and other tourist spots.

The shower takes time to be warm. There is no free towel. You need to pay extra for it and the hair dryer is malfunctioning and they ask us 18 euro for the city tax wherein in other hotel they ask inly 2 euro for each night per pax.

It's located next to a parking lot, above an Italian restaurant with a really good cuisine. After a long day touring around, you don't have to think where you're going to have dinner - the delicious smells attract you like a koth to the flame. Despite the busy street in front of the hotel, you don't hear any noise when inside.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work at the 3rd floor. The mattress was sagging, they clearly had to bear a lot of weight during the years. The towels are not being refreshed and you'd best take your garbage outside yourself to get rid of it. There seems to be no staff before 10 AM and after 4 PM, so uou have to take the staircase to the first floor in order to use the elevator.

excellent location. spacious room. plenty of natural light (big windows).

the worst pillows I’ve ever had at a hotel. no exaggeration. bring your own. the reception staff go home at 16:30. afterwards, you have to deal with the clunky online check-in system (in German) - which is a nightmare for anyone who doesn’t have a smartphone / can understand German.
